To Report an Absence

Regular attendance is necessary for success at school and is expected of all students. School begins at 8:35 a.m.

Students are to be seated in their first period class when the final bell rings at 8:35 a.m.

A parent/guardian should notify school by either:

Written Notice: A written notice can be provided to the Attendance Clerk in the Taylor Office.

Written notes should include the following:

• Date and periods of absence(s)
• Reason for the absence(s)
• Parent/Guardian signature

Written Notice via Email to: attendta@millbraesd.org 

Emails should provide the following information:

• Name of the student
• Date of the absence(s)
• Reason for absence(s)
